This Privacy Policy explains how STRIKO ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Xinix Labs, collects, uses, and protects information when you use the STRIKO platform at striko.in and its associated app.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you create and use a STRIKO account:

• Account information: email address, username, mobile number, and (if you sign in with Google) your Google account's basic profile information.
• Shipping address: collected only if you enter a giveaway or redeem a physical prize — used solely to deliver that prize.
• Gameplay data: match scores, lobby entries, coin balance and transaction history, rank tier, and referral activity — generated as you use the platform.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, and general usage patterns, collected automatically through analytics tools (see Section 4).

We do not collect payment card details directly — if payments are introduced, they are processed by a licensed third-party payment processor and never stored on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account, and verify your identity via email confirmation
• To operate core gameplay: matchmaking, scoring, leaderboards, and the coin economy
• To deliver prizes you've won through giveaways or lobby placements
• To detect and prevent cheating, fraud, or abuse of the platform
• To send essential account emails (verification, security notices) and, if you opt in, product updates
• To understand aggregate usage patterns and improve the platform

3. Legal Basis and Data Storage

Your data is stored using Supabase, a database and authentication provider, with servers configured for the South Asia (Mumbai) region where available. Access to your data is restricted by row-level security — your gameplay and account data is only accessible to you and to STRIKO administrators for legitimate operational purposes (support, fraud review, prize fulfillment).

4. Analytics and Advertising

We use the following third-party services, which may set cookies or collect technical data as described in their own privacy policies:

These services may use cookies and similar technologies. You can control cookie behavior through your browser settings. Google's use of advertising cookies is governed by Google's Ads Policy.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the platform (Supabase for hosting/database, Vercel for site hosting, Resend for transactional email)
• Analytics and advertising partners listed above, limited to what's needed for their function
• Law enforcement or regulators, only if legally required

6. Your Rights

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us (Section 9). Note that your username, once set, is permanently locked per our platform design and cannot be changed even on request, though your account and associated data can be deleted entirely.

7. Children's Privacy

STRIKO is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
