These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of STRIKO, a skill-based competitive gaming platform operated by Xinix Labs at striko.in. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create a STRIKO account. If you are under 18, you confirm you have a parent or guardian's permission to use the platform.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when signing up, including a valid email and mobile number.
• Your username, once set, is permanent and cannot be changed.
• Each account is for one individual. Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage (e.g. exploiting referral rewards or early-access bonuses) is prohibited and may result in suspension.
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. The Platform Is Skill-Based, Not Gambling

4. Coins and Virtual Items

• Striko Coins are a virtual, in-platform currency earned through gameplay, daily bonuses, referrals, and similar activities described in the app.
• Coins have no cash value except through the specific redemption mechanisms STRIKO makes available (e.g. the Vault Shop), which may change over time.
• We reserve the right to adjust coin balances to correct errors, reverse fraudulent activity, or enforce these Terms.

5. Lobbies, Scoring, and Fair Play

• All match scores are computed server-side based on your in-game actions. Client-submitted scores are never trusted directly.
• We use automated systems to detect implausible play patterns (e.g. reaction times faster than humanly possible). Sessions that trigger these checks may be voided or flagged for review.
• Using bots, macros, emulators, or any automated tool to play on your behalf is prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any coins or prizes earned through that activity.

6. Giveaways and Prizes

• Entering a giveaway requires a complete and accurate profile, including a valid shipping address where required for physical prizes.
• Winners are selected according to the rules described for each specific giveaway or lobby at the time of entry.
• We reserve the right to verify a winner's identity and eligibility before delivering a prize, and to disqualify entries that violate these Terms.
• Physical prize delivery times may vary; STRIKO is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software to gain an advantage
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to access another user's account or impersonate STRIKO staff
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform's normal operation
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

8. Advertising

STRIKO displays advertisements through Google AdSense and similar networks, and may offer rewarded video ads that grant coins in exchange for watching. Ad content is served by third-party networks and is not created or endorsed by STRIKO.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform's reward systems. We aim to act fairly, but reserve the right to make these determinations at our discretion.

10. Changes to the Platform

STRIKO is under active development. Features, coin values, reward structures, and game mechanics may change as the platform evolves. We'll do our best to communicate significant changes.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

STRIKO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
